2, the food license is must;

3, Public hygienic license is must as well
Suggestion
because before the business license issued, the investor have to applicate for special licenses and rent house, we suggest the investor had better to set up a restaurant management company without any special licenses, then the investor can open the account and collect the overseas funds. finally the branch with full special license can be set up at the property of restaurant.
